Thank You Kyle -
What a script for your debate! How can anyone debate the facts? Young Kyle will soon be a voter and our nations leader. I believe he will carry our country far into the future. With a young man such as Kyle Constable and Jonathan Krohn, two of Georgia's finest, at the helm of our national issues I feel as we the older generation can feel comfortable with their leadership. But our work is not done, this older generation has to pass the torch so these young gentlemen can have a chance to save our country.
The story about Charlie is very true. I know I lived it in 2002. I had an issue of a divorce case, yes child support which I think everyone involved should be responsible for. With a court case with my ex-wife and a case against the IRS, which was the second case against my ex-wife who failed to file my taxes which she was ordered to do. With the courts in favor of my ex-wife which she was in the wrong, I had to work more hours in order to live. There were times I could not make enough hours I brought home $.23 Yes 23 cents on my check after taxes and of course child support. But to get back to Kyle"s story he wrote about me here is what happened: When ever I could I would work as many hours to make up for any loss or to put a little ahead for those rainy days. One week with dry weather I was able to work 107 hours. I felt every hour of lost sleep but I soldiered on. As I got my check after waiting a week longer for it because the company held back one week. To me that is wrong to hold a mans check a week so the company can draw interest from your money after you labor for it. The reason companies do this is so you help the companies pay for their taxes to the government. Back to my week held 107 hours week check. On this check the company has it broken down into your regular 40 hours pay then your overtime. Yes 67 hours over time, that equals to 1 1/2 time more than regular 40 hour week. Overtime pay is time and half. So 67 hours should had been the 40 at regular pay + 67 hours overtime pay which = should be if you break it down into regular pay string out to 147 hours overall. This is just over 3- 40 hour regular weeks. Okay do you follow me? Which I would have brought home without income taxes about just over $1500 that weeks pay if FairTax was implemented.
I brought home less than half of that $1500 yes just over $700 because of income tax and its higher tax bracket. Do this if I lost you, 67 hours over time at time and half pay- I brought home extra $102 for that overtime pay. Take $102 divide by 67 hours = $ 1.53 per hour. When was the last time you were paid $ 1.53 per hour. I can tell you, my dad did in the late 1950's and here I am in the 21 century working for the same pay my dad did in the late 1950's just because of the outdated, broken down, unconstitutional system called the income tax. It is time to change the system of how we are taxed and quit breaking the backs of American Workers. As living proof myself, there is no debate, Implement FairTax Now!

Kyle

This is good but you have a problem with the prebate. It is not based on income. Everyone gets the same amount of prebate based on the number of dependants. The prebate is the amount of taxes necessary to purchase goods up to the poverty level. The percentage is different based on income.
