Fair Tax: The Ultimate Economic Stimulus Package

A quote taken from the article below , I ask you the American people: Is this what our government thinks and how it treats its own American Citizens? Think about it as you read this, then ask yourself  ” Did this really make you fighting mad?” What are you going to do about it before it happens to you? Look – it is happening to our citizens in California.  Is this the beginning of things to come, the end of our society, the end of our country and freedom?

It is okay for the IRS to tell you when they don’t have the money to give you, when all along it is your money they took unconstitutionally from you. Try to send the IRS a note next time you “owe” the IRS money, that is yours in the first place and see what happens?

Printing up money, bailing out companies, stimulus packages to the banks who are to give more loans on an already defaulted, bankrupted economy?  When our government has to print these billions from our Federal Reserves, they have to go to another country to borrow against what they are printing. That in turn, we “borrowed and printed” there is interest to be paid back to the countries we borrowed from. That deflates the value of our dollar. You can not just “print” money – it’s worthless, it has to be “backed”.  In 1913 when our government “forced” the income tax on American workers (see article: “History of the United States Income Tax“), the government stopped “backing’ the dollar with the gold reserves. Our government  has created a “borrow from other countries” situation. This act of borrowing money has run out for our government today! As I read the article below I wondered how long we had.  Our government was going to “run’ out of options.  I am sorry to say it happened in January of 2009. California is the first state to tell its people “Sorry we don’t have any money, we will give you an IOU”!  The scary thought is: How is our government going to give an IOU to China, and others we owe to? The time to act is now, as we are slipping deeper into a socialist state where the government is about to close its doors.  Next step we will become someone else’s country.  Oh yes China and anyone else our government owes money to or has borrowed from will come into our country and ask for our assets, take control of these assets. Assets are the stock market, military, even our government, control its citizens!

Is this what we, America, are waiting for, to lose our freedom, the control of our government and our country?  We are the people of these United States.  We the people should tell our government it is time we will control the government and replace this failed system of the government’s unconstitutional ideas. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights gave all American Citizens the right to control the government and the way it governs its people.

These greedy SOB’s overtax the people, confiscate their tax dollars every week, blow the cash on useless, unproductive government programs, and now they don’t have any of the people’s money to give back after “borrowing” it – interest free – all year.

If you expect you’ll be getting a refund from California when you file your 2008 state income tax return, be prepared: you may instead receive a “registered warrant.” Translation: an IOU.

California is rapidly running out of money. Blame it on the state budget deficit that continues to bleed billions of dollars from California’s reserves. Facing inadequate credit to make up the difference, California’s Controller John Chiang warns that by the end of February, the nation’s most populous state may not be able to pay some of its debts, and instead be reduced to issuing those creditors IOUs. . . .

Those who could be most affected are taxpayers who routinely plan for large refunds as a means of saving for anticipated expenses, such as property taxes which are also due in April. But with notice coming at year’s end, there is not time for those taxpayers to adjust their withholding or take other steps to try to capture their return in advance from the state’s coffers. “They’ve got their money taken out of your paycheck. That’s it,” Tobin said.

Time for a new system to address this abomination. Perhaps we could model it after, oh let’s say – the IRS.

The State of California owes interest and penalties on any refund that is not paid in full within 30 day of receipt of the tax return. Since this is the taxpayers’ money in the first place, not the government’s, the state should be penalized for its negligence. Penalties double every 30 days, or any portion thereof, until the money is received.

The Governor and all members of the California legislature receive no paychecks and are personally fined $1,000 per month until all the refunds have been made. This withholding of the paychecks is out of fairness to the public, who have to make ends meet without their money, and the penalty is for failing to do their jobs and allowing this to happen in the first place.

Members who have not paid their fines in full by January 1, 2010, must resign.

That would be a good start.

This quote is exactly right – it is the peoples’ money not the government’s and the government should be held responsible for their actions from all its American Citizens! Such as the IRS would do against any of its American Citizens – it is the American Citizens’ money in the first place!

I hope you will follow me into this “battle” to help “right our country” I pledge….Americans, I for one will work on this grassroots effort to bring a type of system that was created by an American Businessmen – who like all American workers is trying to stop the very tyranny that our government has put OUR country into. I promise to fight to bring the Fair Tax into our system and to have the 16th Amendment abolished or until there is no more hope for our Nation – so help me God!  Fair Tax, a proven and the most studied tax system in the world, is proven to do more good for its people, its country, and its economy. I would hate to see the United States be taken control by another country and they place this Fair Tax system into their own country’s economy, as we created it but are too scared to try it . To see what we could had done for our country and some other country “steals it”, uses it and becomes a world leader just because we are too scared and lazy to change.

This is our country! Stand up and fight against this tyranny – it has gone too far!  We must stop by changing what is wrong. We have a stimulus package ready to be put into action. The Fair Tax Bill is in congress today ready to be reintroduced. Sign up, call, write, and email to all elected representatives and other Americans. My God get involved! ” DARE TO COMPARE, EVERYONE CAN DO SOMETHING”! Let all of The American Citizens show the world who is in control of their country by telling our government! We The People of these United States will vote to replace the unconstitutional system called the Income Tax. We the People of these United States will have the ” Ultimate Economic Stimulus Package – The Fair Tax!”
